INDIAN VEGETABLES RICE

INGREDIENTS


For 6 people

750g of basmati rice
60g of butter
2 cloves of garlic
2 onions
2 carrots
6 flowerets of cauliflower
75g of cooked peas
75g of fair grapes
75g of pruned almonds(kernels)
1 tsp of strands of saffron
6 seeds of cardamom
1 sticks of cinnamon
4 cloves
250g of natural yoghurt
5 tsp of powder garlic
5 tsp of powder ginger
5 tsp of curry
5 tbsp of lemon juice


INSTRUCTIONS
 

  1. Cook the rice with a clove and 2 seeds of cardamom, the time(weather) indicated on the package. Drain and reserve.
     
  2. Peel and slice thinly onions. Wash and peel vegetables and cut them in dice.
     
  3. Melt the butter and get back(brown) onions, vegetables with spices there (4 seeds of cardamom, 3 cloves, 1 stick of cinnamon), grapes, and almonds(kernels) until they are gilded(bronzed).
     
  4. Mix in the yoghurt, the garlic, the ginger and the curry. Pay(pour) this preparation on vegetables and cook 5 minutes.
     
  5. Preheat the oven th.6 180°C.
     
  6. Pay(Pour) the rice into an oven-proof dish with vegetables, lemon juice and strew with saffron. Put in the oven and make warm 15 minutes.
     
  7. Serve immediately.
