DAHL OF CORAL LENSES
For 4 people
- 200 g of lenses coral
- 1 onion
- 1 small box of peeled(mangy) tomatoes
- 1 coffee spoon of ground spices: ginger, cumin, turmeric, coriander, garlic
- 2 cloves
- 1 small bouquet of coriander
- Salt, peppers, ghee (clarified butter)
- Chisel finely the onion, crush drained tomatoes and get back(brown) quite 10 minutes in a pan with a spoonful of ghee and spices.
- Add lenses, mix 2 in 3 minutes and cover them with 2 cms of hot water.
- Let cook 10 minutes. Salt, pepper and taste(savour) them strewed with fresh(cool) coriander.
