For 4 people
- 2 tblsp of parsley freshly chopped
- 1/2 tsp of dried oregano
- 2 tblsp of spirit vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 shallot
- 1 pinch of powder hot pepper
- Olive oil
- Mix the whole in a small chopper, except the olive oil.
- Add the olive oil in 3 steps and mix between every addition.
- Put in a cool place until the moment to serve.
