For 4 people

For hot sauce

  • 15 cl of sauce soya
  • 2 spoon (s) with soup of sugar of palm(flipper) (or for lack of brown sugar)
  • 2 pinches of powder ginger
  • 2 pinches of powder coriander
  • 1 garlic glove
  • 1 small hot pepper
  • The juice of 1/2 lime
  • For the marinade satay
  • The juice of 1/2 lime
  • 3 chicken breasts cut in small cubes
  • For the sauce in peanuts
  • 1 tsp of oil of peanut
  • 1 tsp of dough of red pepper
  • 1 tsp of sugar of palm(flipper) or brown sugar
  • 12,5 cl of coconut milk
  • 1 tblsp of sauce soya
  • 70 g of salty(steep) roasted peanuts


  1. For the spicy sauce, chop finely the hot pepper.
  2. Mix the sauce soya, the sugar of palm(flipper), the ginger and the coriander. Bring to a boil and make reduce by half 5-10 mn. Add the green lemon juice and the hot pepper. Reserve.
  3. For the marinade, peel the clove of garlic, degerm her(it) and chop her(it) finely. Mix half of the sauce peppered in the green lemon juice and in the chopped garlic. Add the chicken and mix, please. Make marinate 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Prepare the sauce for peanuts: make warm the oil in a pan, melt inside 5mn the dough of red pepper and the sugar. The sugar has to begin to caramelize.
  5. Pay(Pour) the coconut milk, bring to a boil, then add the sauce soya and peanuts. Reserve.
  6. Soak wooden spades(pikes,lances) 5mn in some water. Drain them, then put on the pieces of chicken. Cook 3 in 5mn in the barbecue.
  7. Be of use with the sauce to peanuts and rest of spicy sauce (add some green lemon juice and some hot pepper according to your taste).
